Let’s face it, bacon is no fad.  It’s here to stay.

The NY Post and Chicago Tribune may be calling Wendy’s new Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger a game changer (that’s right, apparently Wendy’s stocks have increased 42%) – but we say ditch the bun, it’s all about the bacon. And if you’re looking for a more sophisticated alternative, might we suggest something a little more… grown up?

That’s better.
